William Ayermin (or Ayermine[1]) was a medieval Bishop of Norwich.
Ayermin was a canon of St. Paul's, Lincoln and Hereford when he was named Lord Privy Seal about 26 May 1324. He held that office until January or February 1325.[2]
Ayermin was nominated to the see of Norwich on 19 July 1325 and was consecrated on 6 February 1327.[1]
Ayermin was acting Keeper of the Great Seal, usually known as the Lord Chancellor of England, from 1326 to 1327.[3]
Ayermin held the office of Lord High Treasurer from 1331 to 1332.[4]
Ayermin died on 27 March 1336.[1]
